Review Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Reviews are tied to a real, completed job
You can only leave a review for a job you actually booked and completed through Mow Macho, and only one review per job. There is no way to leave a review for a provider you haven't actually booked, and no one is paid, discounted, or otherwise incentivized by Mow Macho for leaving a review.
A review must reflect your genuine experience
Write a review only about your own, first-hand experience with that specific job. Don't write a review on someone else's behalf, don't offer or accept anything of value in exchange for a review (positive or negative), and don't ask a customer to remove or change an honest review of your work.
What we don't do
We don't manufacture, purchase, or fabricate reviews. We don't selectively solicit reviews only from customers we expect to leave a positive one. We don't reorder or suppress genuine reviews to make a provider's rating look better than the reviews actually support — a provider's displayed rating is a straightforward average of their real, published reviews.
When we'll remove a review
We may remove or hide a review that violates this policy or our Community & Safety Standards — for example, a review that isn't about a real completed job, contains harassment or another person's private information, or appears to be part of an attempt to manipulate ratings. Removing a review because it's negative but genuine is not something we do.
Reporting a review
If you believe a review about you violates this policy, use Contact support and tell us which review and why. A Mow Macho admin reviews every report.
