Who this policy covers

REAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates the Mow Macho platform (“Mow Macho,” “we,” “us”) and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, phone (providers), password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, never in plain text).

Location: for customers, the service address you enter for a job request; for providers, your business/service-area ZIP code. Your exact address is never made public — see “Who we share it with” below for exactly when and with whom it's shared.

Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card number.

Job content: photos you upload for a job, and messages sent in a job's chat.

Legal acceptance records: when you accept a Mow Macho policy (for example, these Terms), we record which document, which version, and when — see “Legal acceptance records” below.

Basic usage data our hosting/database providers collect automatically (e.g. request logs) to operate the service.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: matching customers with providers, processing payments, sending job-related notifications (in-app and by email), and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal acceptance records

When you check a box to accept a Mow Macho policy (for example, at signup, when a provider publishes a profile, or when a customer requests a job), we record that you accepted it, which document and version you accepted, a cryptographic fingerprint of that document's text at the time, and the date and time. This record is generated and kept by our server — it is never something a device or browser can edit or supply on its own — and, once created, is not editable or deletable through normal account use. We keep this record so both you and we have a reliable record of what you agreed to and when.

Message translation

If you and the other party on a job chat prefer different languages (English/Spanish), your messages may be sent to Microsoft Azure's translation service to generate a translated copy shown to the other party. The original message you wrote is always stored and remains the authoritative version — translation is never used to change job scope, price, or payment.

Who we share it with

The other party on a specific job — name and job-relevant details always; your exact service address and coordinates only once a provider has accepted that job, since they need it to actually do the work. Before a job is accepted, a provider sees only your city, state, and ZIP code, never the exact address. Your exact address is shared only with that job's specific accepted provider (or, for a company, the specific team member assigned to it) — never with any other provider, never publicly, and never for payment details.

Stripe, to process payments and payouts.

Mapbox, to convert a ZIP code into a location for search and matching — we send Mapbox ZIP codes only, never a full street address.

Our infrastructure providers as needed to operate the service: Supabase (database and account hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), Vercel (application hosting), Sentry (error monitoring, with personal fields scrubbed before anything is sent), and — for job chat translation — Microsoft Azure.

Law enforcement or other parties, only if required by law.

Your choices

You can update your profile information in Settings at any time. Settings > Security also has a self-service "Delete my account" option, or you can email info@mow-macho.com to ask us to do it for you. What happens next depends on whether your account has taken part in any marketplace activity we're required to keep a record of — not just jobs you requested or performed, but also things like a company you created or were part of, a payment, a review, a report, a verification record, a support request, or similar. An account with none of that is deleted outright. An account with any of it is not deleted — deleting it would also destroy the job, payment, dispute, or other records tied to it, which we're required to keep. Instead, we anonymize it: we remove your personal details (name, phone number, profile photo, bio, and the identifying details on your sign-in credentials) from it. The underlying job and payment records remain, still linked to the now-anonymized account, so that history stays meaningful.

Either way, the photo files you uploaded for yourself are deleted, not just hidden: your profile photo and, if you offered services as an individual, your provider photo and work photos. We delete them right after your account change; if that step can't finish immediately, we keep retrying automatically until it does. Photos attached to a job are part of that job's record and are kept. Photos and logos that belong to a company stay with the company.

Either way, the moment deletion completes your account stops working everywhere. Any browser or app that was still signed in as you immediately loses the ability to read or change your account data or take any marketplace action (booking, accepting work, messaging, publishing, uploading) — even with a sign-in it had already obtained — and is treated as signed out the next time it contacts us. Public pages stay visible like they are to any visitor. We also switch off what you were operating: a provider profile is paused and removed from search so it can't receive new work, your company memberships end, a company you owned alone with no other members is closed, pilot access ends, and any jobs that hadn't started yet — yours, or those of a company you owned alone — are cancelled and the other party is told. Two things have to be sorted out before you can delete your account: if you are the only owner of a company that still has other members, you'll need to transfer ownership to another member first, so the company isn't left without anyone able to manage it; and if you have a job that has already started, is waiting on payment, or has an open dispute — as the customer, as a provider, or through a company you own alone — you'll need to finish or resolve it first, so nobody is left with unfinished work or an unpaid job.

Some records — transaction records and the legal acceptance records described above — are kept even after an account is deleted or anonymized, as required by law and to preserve a reliable record of what was agreed to and when. When an account is deleted outright, we remove the acceptance record's link to your account and any other identifying information (name, address, or similar) rather than deleting the record itself. In its place, the record keeps a purely internal reference number, generated by us and never shown to anyone, that lets us tell which retained records came from the same historical account without that number revealing who the account belonged to. We have not yet fixed a specific length of time these records are kept for after deletion — we retain them only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this section.
