Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Mow Macho — a photo, a piece of text, or anything else — infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@mow-macho.com that includes: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them; identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it on Mow Macho (for example, a direct link); your name, address, phone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Note: this is a legal notice, not a general complaint form — for anything else (a listing you think is inaccurate, a safety concern, a billing question), use Contact support instead.

What happens after a valid notice

We review the notice and, if it's complete, remove or disable access to the material identified. We'll try to let the person who posted it know.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@mow-macho.com that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any district where Mow Macho may be found), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we'll forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us they've filed a court action seeking to restrain you from the infringing activity, we may restore the material in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days after receiving the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the account of a user we determine, in appropriate circumstances, to be a repeat infringer.
