What we expect from everyone

Treat the other party with respect. Communicate honestly about a job's scope, timing, and price. Show up for a confirmed appointment, or cancel or reschedule with as much notice as you can. Use the information you learn about the other party through a job — including a customer's address — only for that job, never for any other purpose.

Prohibited conduct

Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive language toward another user. Sharing another user's personal information outside the platform without their consent. Attempting to defraud another user or Mow Macho, including through a fake job, a fake review, or a fake payment dispute. Requesting or offering an illegal service, or a service that requires a license or permit you don't hold. Circumventing the platform's payment system to avoid the platform fee on a job Mow Macho connected you for (see our Provider Agreement, Section 12).

High-risk or restricted services

Mow Macho is built for lawn, yard, cleanup, seasonal, and general outdoor-labor work. We do not screen or certify a provider's qualification for any service that requires a specialized license (for example, licensed electrical, plumbing, gas, structural, or tree-removal work involving power lines) — if your job needs that kind of work, confirm directly with the provider that they hold the applicable license before booking, and Mow Macho does not represent that a provider offering such a service is actually licensed for it.

No emergency-services representation

Mow Macho is not an emergency service and providers are not dispatched or guaranteed to respond within any particular time. If you have a safety emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency services directly — never rely on Mow Macho or a message sent through the platform to reach anyone urgently.

Reporting a safety issue

If something happens on a job that concerns your safety or another person's safety, report it through Contact support as soon as you're able, with as much detail as you can (which job, when, and what happened). A Mow Macho admin reviews every report. Depending on what a report shows, we may suspend a provider's or customer's account while we look into it — see our Provider Agreement, Section 11, and our Terms of Service for how suspension works.
