Customer Booking Terms

Last updated: September 2026

1. What a job request is

When you submit a job request, you're asking a specific, named provider to do the work you describe — not posting an open job that any provider can claim. The provider may accept or decline. Mow Macho does not guarantee that any provider will accept a given request.

2. Your requested date is a preference, not a booking

The date and time window you enter on this form is what you'd prefer — it isn't a confirmed appointment. Once a provider accepts your request, they set the actual appointment time; only that confirmed time is a real commitment. See our Terms of Service, Section 3, for the full job lifecycle.

3. Accuracy of the information you provide

You're responsible for giving an accurate service address, a truthful description of the work you need, and a real budget if you provide one. A provider decides whether to accept your request based on this information.

4. Pricing and payment

The provider sets the price. A provider's profile may show a typical starting price (a flat rate, an hourly rate, or an estimate) as a guide — that displayed figure is not what you're charged. Once the job is done, the provider proposes the actual final price for your specific job, and nothing is charged until you explicitly approve that exact amount. See our Terms of Service, Section 4.

5. Cancellation, no-shows, and refunds

Our Cancellation/Refund Policy — which applies to every job request you submit — explains exactly when a cancellation is free, when it's recorded as late, how to report a no-show, and how a dispute-driven refund works. Read it before you request a job.

6. Reviews

After a job is completed and confirmed, you may leave one review. Our Review Policy explains what a genuine review is and what we do about a review that isn't.

7. Contact
