Provider Agreement
Last updated: September 2026
1. This is an independent business relationship
By publishing a provider profile on Mow Macho, you agree that you are an independent contractor or independent business — not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of REAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC (Mow Macho). Nothing in this agreement, or in how Mow Macho operates, is intended to create an employment relationship, and this agreement should not be read to give Mow Macho a right to direct or control the manner or means by which you perform your work.
2. You decide whether to take a job
A customer requests you directly from your profile. You may accept or decline any request for any lawful reason. Declining a request is never penalized, scored, or used in how Mow Macho ranks or matches providers — we do not track acceptance rate for that purpose. We do keep an ordinary record of jobs you accept, including their status (for example, completed, cancelled, or a reported no-show), the same way we record any other transaction on the platform; that record is about the jobs you took on, never about a request you turned down.
3. You control your schedule, methods, and tools
You decide which days and hours you're available, and you set the appointment time for a job you've accepted — Mow Macho never assigns you a time. You decide how to perform the work, what equipment, materials, and techniques to use, and (subject to Section 6) whether to bring your own help. Mow Macho does not supervise, inspect, or direct your work in progress.
4. Pricing is yours to set
You set your own prices — as a flat rate, an hourly rate, or a quote you propose once a job's scope is clear. Mow Macho does not set, cap, or negotiate your prices on your behalf.
5. Licenses, permits, taxes, and insurance
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any license, permit, registration, or insurance that applies to the services you offer, and for all tax obligations arising from your work — including self-employment and business taxes. Mow Macho does not withhold taxes on your behalf and does not represent that any particular license, permit, or insurance is or is not required for your business; that determination is yours to make.
6. Staff, helpers, and subcontractors
If you operate as a company on Mow Macho, you decide who on your team is assigned to a given job, and you are solely responsible for your relationship with anyone who helps you — including their pay, benefits, supervision, and compliance with applicable labor law. Mow Macho is not a party to that relationship. When Mow Macho records that a team member was assigned to, or is en route to, a job, that record exists only so the job can be completed and so the customer knows who to expect — it is never used to calculate anyone's pay, track their location, or measure their hours, and it is not shared outside your company and that job's customer. See our Privacy Policy for the complete description of what is and is not recorded about a company's team members.
7. Your profile and any verification claim must be truthful
You represent that the information on your profile — your name, business name, services, service area, pricing, and any photo — is accurate. If Mow Macho displays a verification badge on your profile, that badge reflects only that a Mow Macho admin has recorded a specific check (for example, a background check or an insurance certificate) as currently verified — you agree not to claim or imply verification, insurance, licensing, or a background check that has not actually been recorded on your profile.
8. Job evidence, messages, and photos
Messages you send in a job's chat, and any photo you upload to a job, are visible to that job's customer and may be used by Mow Macho to review a dispute, a report, or a policy violation involving that job. Keep job-related communication and photos accurate and professional.
9. The Mow Macho platform fee
Mow Macho retains a platform fee — currently 10% — from the amount a customer pays for each completed job booked through the platform; the remainder is paid out to you through Stripe. We may change this fee going forward with notice; it will never apply retroactively to a job already completed and paid.
10. Stripe Connect: onboarding, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks
To receive payment through Mow Macho, you must complete onboarding with Stripe, our payment processor, through Stripe's own hosted onboarding flow, and you agree to Stripe's own Connected Account Agreement as part of that process. Mow Macho cannot pay you until Stripe reports your account as able to receive transfers and payouts.
You authorize Mow Macho, as the platform operating your Stripe connected account, to submit the transactions, transfers, and related account activity described in this agreement on your behalf, and to communicate with Stripe about your account as needed to operate the marketplace — for example, to create a charge for a job you completed, to keep your account's payment-readiness status current, and to process a refund or respond to a chargeback under Section 11 below.
You authorize Mow Macho to share with Stripe the account and transaction information Stripe requires to onboard and maintain your connected account, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
If a customer disputes a completed job and Mow Macho determines a refund is warranted, or if a cardholder disputes a charge with their bank (a chargeback), the corresponding amount — including the platform fee already paid out to you, where applicable — may be reversed from your Stripe balance or a future payout, consistent with Stripe's own dispute and chargeback processes.
11. Suspension and termination
Mow Macho may suspend or restrict a provider profile for a violation of this agreement, our Terms of Service, or our Community & Safety Standards, or for conduct that creates risk to customers, other providers, or the platform. You may stop offering services at any time by turning off new requests or by contacting support to close your account. Suspension or termination does not, by itself, affect your right to be paid for work already completed and approved before that point.
12. Working with customers off-platform
This agreement does not restrict your ability to run your own independent business, including work you perform for customers you found on your own or through any channel other than Mow Macho — that work is entirely outside this agreement and no fee is owed to Mow Macho for it. What this agreement does prohibit is using a job or a customer relationship that Mow Macho connected you with specifically to avoid paying the platform fee on that same job — for example, asking a customer Mow Macho connected you with to pay you directly, outside the platform, for the job they requested through Mow Macho.
13. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. When we make a material change to this agreement, our Terms of Service, or our Privacy Policy, we require you to accept the updated version the next time you use your provider account before you can continue — including before entering Stripe Connect onboarding or accepting new work. For any other, non-material change, continuing to offer services on Mow Macho after the change means you accept the updated agreement.
